Everything you need to know about Fractional C02 Laser
From how it works to who it's best suited for, we're breaking down everything you wanted to know about our most advanced skin correcting treatment.
What is it?
Fractional CO2 Laser uses heat and oxygen to penetrate deep into the skin, the heat pushes through the skin to draw out the moisture from within the cells causing damage to the cells below. Once damaged, these cells regenerate stronger, and faster than before.
Why is it so good?
It’s our most advanced treatment – and can achieve truly extraordinary results. The laser is targeting the deeper layers of the skin and triggering our skins natural healing process – and with that comes fresh, healthy collagen!
How does a fractional laser work?
The area is treated with a topical anaesthetic to make the treatment more comfortable. The laser is passed over the skin, treating small square areas of the skin at a time, this is means the healing and recovery is a lot faster.
The heat that is used to penetrate the skin makes fine holes in the basal layers (fibroblast cells), the heat is pushing through to draw out the moisture of the skin and cells below. By combining heat and CO2, the treatment is maximized providing better and longer lasting results.
Who is it good for?
If you’re concerned with uneven skin tone, texture or lines and wrinkles – then this treatment is right for you.
How many do I need?
It’s not a one-off temporary fix; it delivers real, lasting results.
For best results, regular treatments are the way to go. On a Skin Health Membership, treatments are scheduled over the course of a year; with a number of Fractional CO2 Laser treatments and a combination of conditioning skin treatments to ensure you get the best results.
Is laser suitable for younger looking skin?

The treatment is designed to improve tone, firmness, texture and reduce the appearance of the signs of lines and wrinkles. Whether you’re looking to improve the signs of ageing, or just keep them at bay – a series of treatments will ensure you have healthy looking skin for years to come.
