At Skinsmiths, we're not generalists. We pride ourselves on being the the skin and appearance experts, specialising in results-driven, innovative treatments that we know really work.

Being a part of our team means investing in a career, not just a job. We love what we do and we bring like-minded people together to help make our goal of giving every woman skin confidence a reality. Many of our team members have worn different hats throughout their journey with us, from working in the clinic to moving on to support office roles.

Meet some of the people in our organisation and learn more about what roles are available in our clinics below.

Clinic Roles

Clinic Leader

Each clinic needs a manager to lead the team and ensure the client journey is flawless from start to finish. The Clinic Leader is also responsible for ensuring the clinic is at the highest standard and Skinsmiths policies and procedures are adhered to.

Specialised Beauty Therapist (Skin Technician)

We offer opportunities for professional development via our Academy and online training platform. Unlike other clinics, we focus on client treatment plans, so you can work with your clients and help them achieve their skin goals over time. If you hold a beauty therapy qualification we would love to hear from you.

Aesthetic Nurse

We are industry leaders in appearance medicine, and it’s our Aesthetic Nurse Prescribers that play an integral role in our clinics; performing our most advanced skin treatments and appearance medicine procedures.

Treatment Advisor

The role of Treatment Advisor is the first point of contact for new clients and their free consultation - through to managing the client relationships and ensuring they are getting the best results. The Treatment Advisor also organises clinic events and liaises with other business to deliver value to clients.

Clinic Concierge

We are passionate about customer service, and helping clients achieve great results. The clinic support team helps with preparing client files, managing client enquiry, managing reports and working with the marketing team on campaigns and local promotions. A background in a similar role or passion for the industry would make you a great fit for the team.
