Membership options

 

Temporarily closing our clinics means you are not able to visit us to have your treatments. Therefore, we have created three membership options for you. There is no need to cancel your memberships with us as you will lose your member perks and treatments once we have reopened.

  • Option 1
    Continue your membership - no changes
  • We're all in this together and we're sure that you want to support your local businesses if you are able. By continuing  you'll receive:

    An additional FREE High Intensity Treatment (worth up to £495)- and a £75 Skinsmiths voucher to spend on skincare with your usual member discount - to say thanks for your extraordinary support

  • Keep your member perks
  • Maintain your laser hair removal guarantee (if applicable)
  • Option 2
    Reduce your payments by 50%
  • To help you manage your costs until we get back to normal you can reduce your payments by 50%, while we are closed. Once we are open again you can have a further period of 50% payments equal to the amount of time we have been closed.
    For example, if we close for 1 month, you will have 50% off for that month plus 50% off for the first month we reopen. This option means you won't pay for the time missed, but simply spread your payments over a longer period of time.

  • Option 3
    Put your membership on hold
  • Put your membership on hold and pay nothing until we reopen. Keeping your membership on hold rather than cancelling means your monthly payments will resume as usual once we reopen and you can start your treatments again. You'll:
  • Retain all of your treatments
  • Keep your member perks
  • Maintain your laser hair removal guarantee (if applicable)

 

Paid Annually?

If you opted to pay annually when starting your membership, rest assured that we have paused your treatments automatically and you will have access to all of your member perks, treatments and guarantees upon your return. 

You will also be treated to a free High Intensity Treatment and £75 Skinsmiths voucher to use when we reopen.
